Turn on website chat by going to the Embed tab of the Agent and toggling on the “Enable Website Overlay”

Overlay position to select from bottom right or left position.

Overlay default script to select the script you wish to use in the agent overlay.

Result of enabling your Overlay is the chat icon in the lower right and then an example of the chat as it appears once opened.
