You only need 1 agent. Use natural language just like you would with ChatGPT to instruct your agent. Use commands for specific actions and results.

Natural language: Just like writing in Notion or ChatGPT instruct your agent on things like goals, next steps, how to handle pricing questions, or when to try and convert customers to book a meeting.

Commands:

Use the front slash (”/”) to access the command menu.

Message: Uses your exact wording put in the grey box.

Resource: Select the resource you want to display.

Script: Instruct the agent to jump to another script.

Question: Like a message, but can prompt the user to complete a question like a standard work email, single/multiple select questions, or custom.
