You have the option to set up a custom domain to allow your users to interact with the FullContext agent on a domain name that you own.
Normally users interact with the FullContext agent on the “fullcontext.ai” domain. If you set up your own custom domain then your users can interact with your agent on your own domain instead. As an example, if your company owns “example.com” then you can set up “copilot.example.com” to serve your FullContext agent.
If you are currently embedding your FullContext agent on your main website then you can choose to simply use that instead.
Please note that you have to own your own domain name to use this feature.
Set up a custom domain
- In the left sidebar, navigate to the Settings menu.
- Go to the Custom domains section.
- Click the Add new domain button.
- Enter the desired domain name, usually a subdomain of your domain, like “copilot.example.com”, and submit the form.
- The following page will explain the DNS record that you have to create on your DNS hosting provider (e.g. GoDaddy).
To summarize, you have to create a CNAME record on your desired domain, with the value “whitelabel.fullcontext.ai”
- After the domain has been set up properly, FullContext will finalize the configuration. This is usually completed within 10 minutes, but can take longer.
- You can configure which agent should be used when users navigate to your custom domain.
